Professional Experience

Ed has a long and distinguished career as an educator, administrator, and theater director. He completed his education in 1956 with a Master's degree in Speech from the University of Oregon. Beginning as a drama teacher at South Eugene High School, he has directed over 150 plays and musicals. From 1968 to 1986 he served as Performing Arts Department Head at Lane Community College. From 1986 to 1995, Ed was Executive Director of the Eugene Festival of Musical Theater where he produced and directed the summer season of musicals.
